The formation of citizens : utopias and realities

Abstract

 In contemporary societies education debate between tensions and ironies that has not yet managed to reconcile: while on the one hand promises freedom, happiness, progress and equality; on the other hand, thanks to pressure from the labor market, negotiating these utopias ends and hopes, in order to meet the training bureaucracy, discipline and competitiveness.
