Abstract

Reading literature related to legal topics encourages argumentative and hermeneutical faculties in jurists, developing skills such as understanding historical moments, literary and legal reading, the ability to write texts, spelling skills, knowledge of powers. political, economic, legal and social, appreciation of law from a broader perspective, providing the jurist with the ability to understand and analyze currents of thought, allowing the possibility of witnessing the evolution of the different political powers and the social implications that this entails. Likewise, the study of law in literature encourages the construction of better societies and allows the reconstruction of the social fabric; makes it possible to see a reality that for many is invisible, and present the reader with a vision of law in a calmer way, applying this alternative as an instrument of legal argumentation and interpretation and as a method of written expression of justice.
