Abstract

The purpose of this work is to define the innovation level of the various manufacturing Pymes en Armenia city, Quindio. In order to achieve this purpose, manufacturing Pymes were classified; then a survey was performed, which allowed to establish current conditions of the innovation processes they perform within their organizations, and the relationship of such processes to NTC 5801. It was evidenced that such companies perform innovation process, but they greatly ignore the Colombian standard aimed at ensuring a better arrangement for a better direction of innovation processes within any organization.
