Abstract
The world is a very ample meaning, divided into two ideological trends, which has been discussed at a great extent, and where there are more divergences than agreements. One of them is the progress of a subduing capitalist economy in which, in spite of predictions of some social scientists, current meaningful changes are not seen, and in the middle term, either. In addition, there is the concept of sustainable development and its relationship with classic expression of capitalism; efficient markets. This article proposes a sustainable development model, parting from a theoretic review of the above mentioned facets, in order to become a starting point of this debate, allows its continued enrichment, and promotes environment care from a systemic perspective, where all actors actively participate. The handwriting started from the corresponding review of literature, and allowed to conclude the importance of the State role as regulator of environment, and the company as the agent of environmental change, in their commitment to clean production.Downloads
