Abstract

One of the future great problems that the Colombian MPYME should face from the decentralized order and the rest of the world, are related to the growing cost of public services. Such problem is worsen in Colombian when Governments, because of implementation of redistributing public policies, charge more taxes consumption of electric power and water by: companies, commercial centers, service premises, and high socioeconomic status families, in order to subsidy consumption price of lower socioeconomic families. The above situation forces Colombian companies, more than European, Asiatic, Canadian and North American ones, because of the low technological development of Colombia, to find new alternatives of energy sources, which lead them to become competitive on international prices, How to achieve a more efficient use of the house hydric resource?, How social marketing may contribute to competitiveness of the Colombian company? research questions that this essay tries to resolve.
